1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, membership, or service offered by Build Wise Revenue ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("you" or "the user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

2. Description of Services

Build Wise Revenue provides access to educational materials, private community discussions (e.g., via Discord), content related to financial markets, personal journaling of hypothetical trades, potential areas of interest on charts, and downloadable PDFs. In the future, we may also offer Expert Advisors (EAs) or other tools designed exclusively for study and use on demo (simulated) trading accounts.

All materials and services are provided for strictly educational and informational purposes only and are intended to help users understand market dynamics and personal trading strategies in a simulated environment. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

Build Wise Revenue is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Nothing contained in our content – including but not limited to trade levels, personal entries, stop loss or take profit ideas, market analysis, or any Expert Advisors (EAs) – should be interpreted as financial, investment, or trading advice, nor as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or engage in any trading activity.

  • Hypothetical Nature: All shared trading operations, strategies, and EA functionalities are purely hypothetical and for educational journaling purposes on demo accounts only. They are not indicative of future results on live accounts.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and any outcomes resulting from your actions in financial markets, whether on demo or live accounts. We strongly advise against using any information or tools provided by Build Wise Revenue for real money trading without independent professional financial advice.
  • Risks of Trading: Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

4. No Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal Waiver

All sales are final. Due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted to exclusive digital content and community upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and access to the service.
  • You acknowledge that by receiving immediate access, you lose your right of withdrawal (diritto di recesso) as per applicable consumer protection laws for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content provided by Build Wise Revenue – including but not limited to PDF materials, trade levels, journal entries, educational messages, community discussions, and any Expert Advisors (EAs) or other software – is copyrighted and remains our exclusive intellectual property.

You agree not to:

  • Share any content publicly or privately outside the authorized channels (e.g., the designated Discord community).
  • Claim any part of the content as your own.
  • Modify, resell, or redistribute any content.
  • Use the material to create derivative products or services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software (e.g., EAs) provided.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate and permanent removal from the community and services, without notice or refund, and may lead to potential legal action.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to respect all members of our community and adhere to any internal rules set within our platforms (e.g., Discord). This includes but is not limited to:

  • No spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotions.
  • No sharing of external trading signals, "get rich quick" schemes, or unrelated content.
  • No harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or toxic conduct.
  • No reposting of private content outside the platform.
  • No impersonation of others or misrepresentation of your identity.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these principles, without notice or refund, and to report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

7. Platform Access & Availability

Access to our services may be provided through third-party platforms (e.g., Whop, Discord). You are responsible for maintaining access to these platforms and complying with their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or changes made by these third-party platforms that may affect your access to our services. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Affiliations

Build Wise Revenue does not have any affiliations or commercial agreements with financial brokers. Any broker shown or used for educational purposes in our materials or charts is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation in any way.

To enhance your educational experience, Wise Revenue may have affiliation agreements with third-party service providers (such as TradingView, TradingSync, Virtual Private Server providers, or other tools). These affiliations allow us to recommend products or services that we believe can be useful for learning and studying financial markets.

These recommendations do not constitute investment advice in any form. We are not responsible for your relationship, agreements, or any outcomes with any third-party provider. Any decision to use an affiliated service is solely at your discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Build Wise Revenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Rome, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law that may grant jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.
