RETURN POLICY

1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our
products and services — which include instant access to digital content,
private communities, and downloadable materials — all sales are final. By
purchasing any product, subscription, or membership from Build Wise Revenue,
you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued under any
circumstance, including partial refunds.
- You gain immediate access to exclusive
content and community upon purchase.
- The value of our service lies in the access
itself, not continued usage.
- Failing to use the service or join the
community does not qualify for a refund.
2. Digital Nature of Our Products and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
Our offerings include
(but are not limited to):
- Access to educational channels and trade
journals on Discord.
- Downloadable PDF files and proprietary
materials.
- Personal trade levels, journal insights,
and real-time updates.
- Exclusive logic-based trading content.
As these are
non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we cannot offer refunds, in alignment
with international consumer protection guidelines for digital products.
Waiver of Right of
Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 59,
paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree
206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital
content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the
consumer's express prior consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby
lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing our services, you expressly
consent to the commencement of performance and acknowledge that you lose your
right of withdrawal.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for
reviewing all product descriptions and terms before making a purchase. If you
have technical issues accessing the service, please contact
buildwiserevenue@gmail.com and we will assist you. However, technical
difficulties on your side or lack of usage are not valid reasons for a refund.
4. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback
or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first is a
violation of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who
file fraudulent chargebacks or misuse the payment system.
5. Exceptions (if applicable)
We may, at our sole
discretion, consider refunds only in the event of:
- A proven billing error on our part.
- Duplicate purchases of the same product
within 24 hours.
- Technical failure that prevents access to
content and cannot be resolved.
Any such case must be
reported within 48 hours of purchase.
